Description

A selection of 6 plants that tolerate low light conditions and dont require CO2. These are popular aquascaping plants, curated as a group to fill different areas of the aquarium.

• foreground: Cryptocoryne wendtii sp.
• midground: Staurogyne repens
• epiphytic (mounts to hardscape): Anubias sp.
• background: Rotala rotundifolia sp.
• moss (climbs up hardscape): Taxiphyllum sp.

This kit should be good for aquariums up to about 20 gallons. For larger aquariums, we recommend additional kits (1 for every ~20 gallons).

For each genus, we may have several species or variations (i.e.Cryptocoryne wendtii Broad Leaf andCryptocoryne wendtii ‘Tropica’) from various suppliers, and while you may include notes with your order to indicate your preferences (we will try!)we cannot guarantee special requests.

Instructions

Tissue culture plantsshould be removed from the cup as soon as possible. All plants grow on some sort ofsynthetic growing medium, ranging anywhere from liquid to jellyto firm gel. This should be removed and rinsed off.Gently massage the roots between your fingers until the gel dissolves away.Most plants can be broken up into smaller pieces and spread out in your aquarium. Smaller pieces are easier to plant.
