Cryptocoryne Retrospiralis is a beautiful species of Cryptocoryne. This aquarium plant is characterized by its long, slender leaves that are slightly ruffled and vary in coloration, presenting bold green to reddish-bronze hues depending on the environment in which it is planted. Like most Cryptocoryne species, Crypt Retrospiralis does not prefer to be moved once planted. Doing so will potentially lead to Crypt melt so it is best to choose a spot decisively. This aquarium plant can grow quite large and tall, so it works best in the mid to background of a larger planted aquarium tank. Like all Crypts, CryptRetrospiralis is generally easy to maintainonce established in aplantedaquarium. This aquatic plant will enjoy and experience much better growth in a planted tank that is fully established with CO2 injection, quality planted aquarium soil and high-lighting.
