Alternanthera Reineckii Rosanervig is a beautiful aquatic stem plant variant in the Alternanthera family. This aquatic plant sportsrich pink leaves with pale colored veins throughout. Similar to other Alternanthera species, Alternanthera Reineckii Rosanervig does best when provided with CO2 injection and essential nutrients in the form of fertilizer and aquarium substrate. When compared to its popular counterpart, Alternanthera Reineckii Mini (AR Mini), AR Rosanervig is a bit more fragile and care should be taken when handling its sensitive stems. When provided with optimal care, Alternanthera Rosanervig boasts rich, vivid colors and is sure to be a great focal point in any planted aquarium tank. We recommend this aquatic stem plant as a midground choice in asmaller aquarium tank and even as a background in larger aquarium tanks. Regular pruning will be necessary with this plant as it has the potential to take over a planted aquarium.
