Lysimachia nummularia is a well known ‘Cold water plant’. Originating from Central America this plant has spread throughout the world adapting to different temperature zones.

This plant is very un-demanding and adapts very well. Its only real hate is long periods of high temperature. If you wanted you could grow this around ponds as it is able to survive dry phases.
