Pistia Stratiotes – Water Lettuce

This large floating plant is a great addition to any aquarium, it is fantastic at removing nitrates from the water and its roots and wide leaves are great for providing shelter.

Though each plant is different, these water lettuce are approximately 10cm from base to tip of outer leaves.
